Sausage-cabbage

Ingredients[edit]

  • 1lb sausage
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cabbage head, shredded
  • 1 tbsp pepper (or to taste)
  1. 1 12oz can of tomato paste

Directions[edit]

  1. Cook sausage.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Add chopped onion, minced garlic.
  4. Fry until cooked, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add shredded cabbage, pepper and tomato.
  6. Cook till cabbage is soft.
