Michael C's lovely bowl of pasta.
Ingredients[edit]
- Proscuitto
- Red onion
- Asparagus
- One clove garlic
- Spinache tortillini
- Parmesean
Directions[edit]
Saute onion prosciutto and asparagus over med low heat while water boils for pasta. When putting in tortellini into boiling water add crush clove of garlic to the onion prosciutto and asparagus mix. Turn stove off once onion is translucent. Finish boiling spinach tortellini according to package directions. Add tortellini to cooling prosciutto mix. And serve with parmesan cheese.
